Raw Walnut-Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups Almond Meal/Flour

1/2 cup Org. Brown Flaxseed Meal

1/2 cup Cacoa Powder

1/3 cup Coconut Oil melted

1/3 cup Water

1/3 cup Agave Nectar

1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

1 cup WALNUTS BAKERS PIECES

Description

Recipe comes from the cookbook "Cooking in the Raw".

Directions

Mix together almond flour, flax and cacoa powder.

Stir in oil, water, agave and vanilla.

When it is well mixed, stir in chopped walnuts.

Form in to balls, press flat with palms and place on dehydrator screens. Dehydrate 1 hour at 145°F, then reduce to 116°F and dehydrate for at least 5 hours or until desired dryness is achieved.
